Mike Adenuga In Trouble Over Justice Tsoho’s N50m Judgement

The Guru, Otunba Dr. Mike Adenuga, the very big man behind the multi billion Naira telecommunications investment reputed as the biggest indigenous operator in this part of the divide, Glomobile might be biting his fingers right now over a N50m judgement of the federal high court.

According to informed sources who confided in National Enquirer, a N50m judgement was last week delivered against the billionaire businessman and Chairman of Globacom by the honourable Justice James Tsoho of the federal high court, Lagos for tactically, smartly and fraudulently evaded payments due to the Industrial Training Fund.

This office gathered reliably that, the office of the Industrial Training Fund had severally and repeatedly sought the Globacom’s management for peace meetings on the need to sort the payment which was in excess of N65m amicably but the billionaire was said to have rebuffed all entreaties turning deaf ears to all pleas.

“The man is too stubborn, he doesn’t respect anybody, even the courts of Law, we tried everything to let him see reasons why he should settle it amicably with us but he’s too proud, he’s been by-passing payment since, employing the services of accounting experts to ‘doctor’ his papers but we eventually caught them”, a top staff of the Industrial Training Fund who craved anonymity told National Enquirer last week.

Telling us the interesting story of how they burst Globacom office, “we stormed his office after ignoring several letters from us and it was almost like we forced our way in before we could carry out our verification from their books which they didn’t want to let us have access to, at the long run, we discovered the sum of N64,963,947.96 was underpaid for the periods of 2009-2012 alone”, the ITF man revealed.

For the benefit of those who don’t know much about the Industrial Training Fund, the organization is charged with providing adequate human resources training within all cadre of the economy and by this, all big organizations have the statutory obligation to pay 1% of its annual payroll as training contribution to the ITF.

And Section 9 of the Industrial Training Fund Act provides that, if any contribution is not paid within the time prescribed in the ACT, a sum equal to 5% of the amount unpaid shall be added for each month or part of a month after the date on which payment should have been made.

Having seen this, ITF’s counsel, Mathew Okwara & Co. wrote several letters, made phone calls and sent several text messages to the egg heads at Globacom but all were to no avail and even when he sought a legal redress, Adenuga and his handlers were unperturbed and never entered any appearance in court until the judgement was delivered by the no nonsense and incorruptible Justice James Tsoho who compelled him, not just to pay what he’s owing the ITF but also slammed a N50m damages as penalty.

As if that’s not enough, other people have come out, in form of ex staff and even sitting staff ready to tell the world about Otunba Mike Adenuga and his cheating tantrums, this we promise to serve you unedited in our next edition.

Gov. Ambode’s 2nd Wife, Love Child Celebrate Birthday In Grand Style

The second Lady

First Lady

Love Child

Mr. Governor
Not many will believe this, but information at our disposal and investigations conducted have confirmed that the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode is a proud husband and father to another family unknown to the public.
We learnt Ambode is ‘happily married’ to one Titilayo Yombo-Ambode (nee Oyefeso) who hail from Iperu-Remo axis of Ijebu, Ogun State. Titilayo is the 21st child of her family of 27; she is a graduate of Marketing from the Lagos State University and shuttles between Canada and Lagos, Nigeria.

Ambode, an accountant born and bred in Epe, Lagos, though currently showcasing Dame Patience Bolanle as the official first lady, we reliably learnt that Mr. Ambode is not ready to deny his affair with Titi who already has a teenage boy for him alongside a younger daughter.

Bolanle, a Physics graduate of Lagos State University who hails from Epe met the new Lagos governor about 24years ago while he was working at Badagry Local Government Council as an accountant. The middle-aged couple had a wonderful experience, career wise.
Bolanle has Masters Degree from the Lagos State University in 1994, and sits atop BrandSmiths Consulting Ltd, Rehoboth Chops and Confectioneries Ltd, among others.

According to Titilayo’s family member who should know better, Ambode got traditionally married to Titi some 18 years ago when his first marriage to Bolanle (now first lady) couldn’t produce a child 3 years in marriage and the family pressure was so much on the accountant turned politician.

We learnt Ambode’s mother, Mrs. Christiana Ambode was the arrowhead of the plan to marry Titi.

The unholy union we learnt got the ‘blessing’ of Ambode’s legal wife, Bolanle who was spiritually cajoled to believe getting a woman to bear her man a kid will help her fortune to make babies for herself.

The first product of the Ambode and Titilayo’s union is a young teenage boy named Opeoluwa, investigations conducted revealed that the young boy is being kept out of public glare as his friends are screened. Today Opeoluwa now have a younger sister named Tobilola.

Though, 2 years ago, it was said that the governor brought smile to the face of Bolanle when they had twins, a boy and a girl through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) in the United States.
IVF is the process by which eggs are removed from woman’s body ovaries and mixed with sperm in a laboratory culture dish. Fertilisation takes place in this dish, “in vitro”, which means “in glass”.

Last weekend, Titilayo popularly addressed by friends as ‘Aya Govnor’ meaning wife of the governor turned 40 and a classy, private but luxurious birthday bash was thrown for the light-skinned beau inside an event centre tucked inside Ogudu GRA, Ogudu.

The birthday bash was inside the Recreation Centre’s Hall of Ogudu GRA and it was under tight security as neither journalist nor photographer was allowed entrance, even guest were denied privilege of taking snapshots within the hall premises.

Attempt by OurExclusive’s correspondent in Lagos to take a shot met embarrassment, humiliation and intimidation as his camera was seized for close to 2 hours before it was later released.

We later got exclusively a picture of the wife, Titilayo who loves to flaunt her husband’s name, Ambode and the son, Opeoluwa who also added a year same day with his mum.

It is worth of note that Ogudu GRA was surrounded by not less than 50 armed security men comprising of Police, Mobile Police, SSS and private security personnel on the order of the new Lagos citizen. The biggest guest at the event is the governor’s mother, Mrs. Christiana Ambode, who described the birthday girl as ‘a woman more than a wife to the Ambode family’.

Notable big boys from the popular Oyefeso family also trooped out to support their own.
However, the governor’s Chief Secretary, Haruna Habib seems not to know the terrain he’s stepping into as the former Daily Independent editor threw caution to the wind threatening fire and brimstones should we go ahead with the story.

Power Tussle: Customs’ Men Pound FAAN Staff To A Pulp

There seems to be an urgent need for authorities to draw up an organogram  over who mans where at the nation’s airports, otherwise an  imminent war looms between the various security agencies over-seeing the affairs of the airplanes’ take-off  yards. Within the spate of 2 weeks, several agencies have had cause to disagree over what can best be described as power tussle with the resultant effect being messy and violent.

According to sources, some men of the Department of Customs and Excise who stationed at the Hajj and Cargo Terminal of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos yesterday June 2, 2015, manhandled four aviation security personnel of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, leading to serious injuries to these officials.

It all started when two Customs officials attempted to gain entry onto the air side of the airport without any form of identification, in a breach of security regulation of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and were prevented from doing so by Aviation Security officials. The Customs men then resorted to beating the aviation security officials in full public glare, leading to brief disruption of operations in the immediate vicinity.

The affected Avsec staff  have been taken for treatment at the Aviation Clinic near the airport.

It will be recalled that a protocol staff of the Authority was recently beaten to a state of coma by men of the Nigerian Air Force at the same airport for insisting on adherence to airport safety regulations.
